Who We Are
Promising Futures, Inc (PFI) is a non-profit organization committed to quality care for the developmentally disabled population of San Diego, CA. PFI was founded in 1989 by parents who believed quality residential and day program services should be available to all families.

Here at Promising Futures we offer individualized programming to suit each client’s vocational needs. Our structured work sites provide opportunities to increase independence and improve skills. A list of our Vocational Sites include: our Art Studio, two 7/11 sites, The Humane Society, Softball Field, Hillside Garden, weekly dance classes, Thrift Store, multiple shopping sites and more!
