Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:30pm-8:30pm

Basic Duties:
-
Attend all scheduled staff meetings, Maintain client records, data, and charts, Develop monthly activity schedule, Coordinate necessary household supplies and food purchases, Maintenance of household account, Responsible for bi-weekly reimbursement of the household account, Maintain monthly weight and height charts on residents and ensure monthly haircuts, Perform and record monthly fire drills & monitor water temperature weekly, Assist in client medical needs, Maintain P&I records, assist in purchasing resident’s clothing, and communicate resident’s wardrobe needs to QMRP.
Requirements:

High school degree or GED, One year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities, Knowledge of the use of ABA Therapy/behavior modification techniques, Current CPR/First Aid Certification, Must possess valid California driver’s license within 30 days of hire and be cleared to drive for Promising Futures by our insurance company AS A CLASS C DRIVER WITH PASSENGER ENDORSEMENT

Schedule:
Every other weekend – 12 to 14 hours – all day Saturday and Sunday. First 8 hours are regular time and any time after is overtime.
Weekends are usually 16 regular hours and 10-12 overtime hours.
6:30am or 7:00am to 8:30pm
