Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm​​

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

 

Location: Administrative Office / El Cajon

​

The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to all departments including Accounting, Human Resources, Residential and Day Programs and the Executive Director.  This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient processing of payroll, accounting data entry, billing, and managing day-to-day operations.  The ideal candidate is highly organized, detailed oriented, possesses effective listening skills, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment focused on providing exceptional support and services to individuals with disabilities.

Alternate Weekends

Schedule: 6:30 am or 7:00 am to 8:30 pm

Every other weekend - 12-14 hours / all day Saturday and Sunday.

The first 8 hours are regular time and any time after is overtime.

Weekends are usually 16 regular hours and 10-12 over time hours

​

Overtime is built into this position!

​

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour 

 

Location: Residential Homes; El Cajon, Lakeside, or Ramona

​

Requirements:​ High school diploma.  One year experience in the field of developmental disabilities or special education.  Certified in first aid and CPR.  Knowledgeable in the use of Behavior Modification techniques.

Overnights /
Alternate Weekends

Schedule: Five nights per week from 8:30 pm to 7:30 am PLUS

Every other weekend from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm

​

Overtime is built into this position!

Pay: $128.00 stipend PLUS hourly wage

 

Location: Residential Homes; El Cajon, Lakeside, or Ramona

​

Requirements:​ High school diploma.  One year experience in the field of developmental disabilities or special education.  Certified in first aid and CPR.  Knowledgeable in the use of Behavior Modification techniques.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45 am to 2:15 pm;

7:45 am to 3:45 pm 2-3 times per month

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

 

Location: Center for Independent Achievement / El Cajon

​

Requirements: High school diploma. Must pass pre-employment drug screening, physical and background check. Must have current or obtain CPR and First Aid certificates within thirty days of employment.

Behavior Specialist

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

11:00 am to 7:00 pm every other Wednesday.​​

​

Pay: $18.50 to $22.00 per hour

 

Location: Residential Home in Lakeside.

​

Minimum Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience

  • Experience implementing behavior modification programs for individuals with moderate to severe behaviors

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to pass prescreening exams and background check

  • CPR and First Aid Certification

  • Valid CA Driver's License

  • Strong communication skills

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Experience collecting and analyzing data to implement and improve behavior treatment plans

  • Experience training, coaching, and supervising staff in a similar setting

  • Practical knowledge of licensing and operational regulation

  • A relevant certification, degree, and/or applicable training

  • Computer skills

Program Manager

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

11:00 am to 7:00 pm every other Wednesday.​​

​

Pay: $17.50 to $19.00 per hour

 

Location: Residential Home in El Cajon.

​

Minimum Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience.

  • One year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities, working hands-on to provide physical assistance to clients.

  • Ability to assist the Behavior Specialist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of behavior treatment plans.

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to pass prescreening exams and background check

  • CPR and First Aid Certification

  • Valid CA Driver's License

  • Strong communication skills
