OVERVIEW
Here at PFI, we are committed to quality services and individualized care for each of our clients. We are dedicated to providing a small ratio of staff to clients (1/3 to 1/4). We are also committed to continuing staff development through monthly training seminars and continuing education incentives, firmly believing that the more equipped our staff are, the better we will be able to care for our clients.

This commitment comes at a high price & the bare minimum government funding we receive is grossly inadequate. Each year we try to creatively subsidize our budget in order to effectively provide quality care through outside grants, fundraising programs, and building relationships with YOU, our friends, families, and donors.
